The Monterey Hostel, located in Monterey's Lighthouse District, is pleased to host a free potluck and travel program featuring a screening of Monterey to Big Sur by Pacific Grove filmmaker John Harris.

This stunning film has no narrative, but contains gorgeous visuals and sound. View the trailer on YouTube. John Harris says of the film: "When I began filming nature on the Central Coast of California in 2008, I knew I had found something special...For me, it is as close to a nature walk on film I have ever created."
