Snake & Butterfly is proud to announce that our chocolate classes are back just in time for Valentine's Day!

Caramels & Confections will ease your fears of handling molten hot sugar and show you how to turn it into the delectable treat that is caramel. The basics of candying, ganache, and fudge will be covered as well.
