Tom Braegelmann is an entrepreneur and private investor with over 35 years of experience in real estate investment, private lending, and angel investing for small businesses. He is a native of Central Minnesota, where he was owner and CEO of a private real estate investment company, which conducted hundreds of real estate transactions, prior to moving to Silicon Valley in 2010.

His current family of companies, under the Global Capital Assets, Inc. umbrella, has lending projects all over the country. In 2012 Tom co-founded a $25 million California state real estate investment fund (the GCA “CARE” Fund), and more recently is involved in building a new $30 million national real estate fund (the Equipoise Secured Equity Fund).

Tom hosts a monthly private money investor group with over 1000 members. He is also a Mentor to a group of several hundred private lenders across the country. Considered a thought leader, he has earned a position as a trusted authority in the private lending world. His passion is in helping others to succeed and he has developed a series of resources to help educate others.

National Real Estate Investment Club has monthly meetings in Dublin and Campbell California. Our meeting consists of great speakers and great networking.
