Steven Ybarra at 2017 Campbell Summer Concert Series

Houston, Texas born country singer and songwriter Steven Ybarra has captivated and energized crowds across North America with his signature country pop sound. Ybarra’s new single, “Why Would I Do That” has put him on the ballot for multiple GRAMMY considerations in 2017. His latest album, What I Really Want To Say, earned two GRAMMY considerations and debuted in the iTunes Top 100 Country Chart. Ybarra won the Durango Songwriter’s Expo (country category) for the song “Sum of Two Hearts,” his song “Stand” reached the Top 10 on Best Country Radio, and he was awarded four San Diego Music Awards. Ybarra is a member of the Country Music Association and is a recent inductee into the Academy of Country Music. Steven Ybarra tours nationally and has been featured with Eric Church, Darius Rucker, Carrie Underwood, Shania Twain, Gavin DeGraw, and many others.
Concert Information & Rules
- Music begins at 6:30 p.m. (Pre-show Activities - PARKS MAKE LIFE BETTER demonstrations begin at 6:00 p.m.)
- Blankets, Ground Covers, Tarps NOT allowed. Single person beach towels and beach/lawn chairs are permissible.
- Parking is limited. Please carpool or park in downtown parking garages.
- Food, beer and wine will be available for sale and will support the Ainsley House & Museum Foundation. Only Beer/wine is allowed (no hard alcohol), and everyone must be age 21.
- Animals are not allowed in the park (with the exception of guide dogs), so please leave your animals at home.
- Please do not bring portable BBQs to the event. Please no large tables...space is at a premium for spectators.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Please do not let your children play on the Library or City Hall building ledges, in the trees, and inside City Hall.
