Venture Gallery, owned and operated by local artists, is one of Old Monterey's hidden treasures. We invite you to visit us and view our diverse selection of original paintings, sculptures, ceramics, pottery, and jewelry all created in Monterey County and available at exceptional prices. We specialize in local scenes of Monterey Bay and the Monterey Peninsula and carry a beautiful selection of greeting cards featuring the work of local artists.

Venture Gallery, located next to the Portola Hotel along the Alvarado Street mall near Custom House Plaza, is open seven days a week and staffed by the gallery’s own artists.
