The practice of Mindfulness and Gratitude are invaluable skills for living today. With all of the pressures and distractions, it can be quite a challenge for men to live mindfully and in self-awareness. Mindfulness allows one to live more fully in the present moment and successfully navigate emotional experiences. When utilized consistently, Gratitude is an uplifting energy and can have profound effects on the quality of our lives. Developing and practicing these skills can have many benefits, including better relationships, improved work performance, better health, the ability to respond rather than react, and an overall sense of well-being.
