Aging Services Collaborative of Santa Clara County presents the 5th Annual Caregivers Count Conference at Campbell Community Center's Orchard City Banquet Hall on Saturday, May 3, 9am-2pm. This event is free, but seating is limited so advance registration is required - please click here to register online by April 18, 2014.

The Caregivers Count Conference is a free event for families and friends caring for an aging loved one. Topics of discussion will include: self-care for caregivers; legal issues; caregiver fitness; advance care planning; and long-term care resources. Lunch is included.
