Monterey County Youth Museum, also known as “MY Museum,” was developed to provide an environment where curiosity and creativity flourish and both children and adults learn together through experience. Constructed as a microcosm of “what makes Monterey special”, this 8,500 square foot space is packed with a variety of hands-on exhibits, making each visit unique and exciting. Exhibits are geared toward children age 10 and under, but we welcome the whole family.

    Children can touch, hold, and play musical instruments and participate in an interactive craft. Recommended for children ages 3-8.

    MY Museum invites you and your children ages 3+ to join us on Saturday, Nov. 16 as we partner with Red Engine Rides for a cruise around town. We're offering 15 minute rides in an open-air fire engine for $25 per person. Kids must be accompanied by an adult. Rides depart every half hour, 10am-11:30am. Advance reservations required.
