SYNERGY HomeCare is a licensed and insured non-medical home care company based in the heart of the Campbell Community. We are committed to providing the highest quality and consistency of care serving the entire South Bay and Peninsula areas.

We support all individuals and family caregivers whose loved ones need care, with specialize programs in the areas of: Alzheimers/Dementia, Parkinsons, Cancer, Hospital to Home, and care for anyone who needs additional help to stay independent (or provide their family with needed respite). We are easy to work with, responsive and reachable 24/7, and do not require minimum hours or days of service to engage our support.

SYNERGY HomeCare is owned and operated by Tom Nelson, a life long Campbell resident who has been a family caregiver for his own aging parents (living in Campbell) for several years.
