Help Paint Campbell Historical Museum!

This event has already passed

Many people have no idea that the Campbell Historical Museum was once the City of Campbell's first public building, the old Firehouse Station 1. And now, it's going to look like one...and you can help!

Thanks to the generousity of the Campbell Home Depot and Behr paint, the Campbell Historical Museum will get a vibrant new look with a burgundy and gray color scheme typical for the exterior of a 1950's building. In August, the hose tower (the tall part of the building) will be restored and painted. Then in September, Campbell Rotary will organize volunteers to paint the rest of the building on September 8 and 15.

If you'd like to volunteer to help Campbell Rotary paint the building in September, please meet at the Campbell Historical Museum on Saturday, Sept. 8 at 9:30am. (Be sure to wear your old paint clothes!)

For more information, please call Karen Lange, Museum Director, at 408-866-2758.
