French Artist Fleur Spolidor First Open Studio in San Carlos

The 27th Annual Silicon Valley Open Studios is coming up in May. Fleur Spolidor will open her studio May 4th and 5th presenting paintings inspired by the historical parallels she draws between Paris and San Francisco.

"Silicon Valley Open Studios is a great opportunity to meet the artists personally, see a larger body of work, discuss and learn about their techniques, and even discuss the possibility of a commissioned work. There is no other organized event that allows the public to get to meet the artists and spend quality time getting to know them." Said Mel Thomsen, Executive Director, Silicon Valley Open Studios.

This open studio is a perfect opportunity to meet and share histories and memories of the Bay Area, "I’m always surprised by the number of people who can relate to the subjects I’m working on.” Said Fleur. “We’re sharing, protecting, and cherishing our cultural heritage”.
