Scholze Park Community Center in New Monterey presents Movement to Music for adults and seniors. Enjoy a fun, upbeat workout for strength and flexibility with a focus on balance and core work. Class includes warm-up, low-impact aerobics, muscle toning, cool down, and stretching to great music and laughter!
