Oven roasted Roma tomatoes, with a smear of Farmer Style cheese, a dollop of Bacon Onion Jam adorned with Smoked Sea Salt Almonds.

2nd Course- 2012 La Llorona White Blend

Granny Smith Apples and Citrus seared Scallops, on field greens with a Tangerine Saffron dressing

3rd Course- 2010 Syrah "Amaranta"

Bacon and Pepita Gremolata stuffed Pork Tenderloin with Pan Au Jus sauce on aged Gouda Polenta served with a side of oven roasted Ratatouille

4th Course- 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon "El Rey"
