Tessora’s is teaming up with Storrs winemaker Dave P. to bring you an outstanding 4 course wine dinner event. Storrs Winery is located in the Pleasant Valley district of Corralitos in the western foothills of Mount Madonna of the Santa Cruz Mountains.
Course 1
Saffron Clam Chowder Bowl Saffron clam chowder in a homemade bread bowl and topped with crispy fried Leeks
Served with 2018 Chardonnay, Santa Cruz Mountains
Course 2
Deconstructed Muffuletta Bruschetta Tapenade, Pate, Red bell Pepper Coulis accompanied by a Cauliflower Parmesan Crisp
Served with 2014 Pinot Noir, Santa Cruz Mountains
Course 3
Venison and Wild Rice Tenderly simmered Venison topped with a Currant Plum sauce alongside a bed of festive Wild Rice accompanied by Brussel Sprouts seasoned with a mixture of Mustard, Blue Cheese and crispy Pancetta.
Served with 2016 “Rusty Ridge” Zinfandel
Course 4
Peachy Shortbread Stack Shortbread cookie served with griddled peaches and topped with honey whip cream and caramelized almonds.
Served with 2016 Gewurztraminer, Monterey

This is a 21 and over event. Wine Club members can receive discounts on dinner.
