Yup, that's right. We're having a Winter Wonderland in February because we weren't able to hold the annual Carol of Lights festivities in December due to bad weather. Instead of canceling the fun entirely, we decided to move it to February.

Santa won't be able to make it, but just about everything else you love about the Carol of Lights will be there and it's all free!
