New Monterey Neighborhood Association Town Hall Meeting

The New Monterey Neighborhood Association is invites all Lighthouse District business owners and residents to join a town hall meeting this Wednesday, March 15, 7pm-9pm, at Hilltop Park Center.
There will be a presentation and Q&A with Monterey City staff regarding:
1) State and County mandated housing changes
2) Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA)
3) Zoning for and proposed addition of 3,654 dwelling units in Monterey
4) Revisions to the City of Monterey’s General Plan, Land Use, Housing, and Safety Elements
Learn about how these may impact New Monterey (residents and businesses) and express any concerns to City staff.
