This class takes place over one full weekend. Spend Saturday learning theory in the classroom and practicing in the pool, then spend Sunday in the ocean testing out your new-found skills. Learn safety procedures and equalization techniques to comfortably freedive to a max depth of 66ft (20m).

This is your opportunity to get acquainted with this sport and comfortable underwater so that you can properly enjoy yourself out in the open ocean.
