Learn to craft mocktails using natural ingredients such as rose flower, agave, raspberry vinegar, lemon balm, and a variety of fresh herbs, botanicals, and fruits. Dr. Therese Walsh and Dr. Darla Booth will explain the therapeutic qualities of various ingredients and how to achieve better health and wellness by incorporating them into delicious and guilt-free mocktails.

Meet Dr. Therese:
Dr. Walsh-Van Keuren is Licensed in Acupuncture and Herbology by the Medical Board of California and received her Ph. D. from the American University of Complementary Medicine (AUCM) in the department of Classical Chinese Medicine (CCM). Dr. Walsh-Van Keuren considers herself a clinician first, and she is a university professor, professional formulator and consultant, researcher, and published author. She practices natural medicine in Los Gatos, CA. She lives happily ever after with her musical prince, Neal, enjoying family all over the nation whenever possible.
Meet Dr. Darla:
After graduating from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and Sports Training, Darla Booth continued her education at Palmer College of Chiropractic West, where she earned her doctorate in 1996. Interested in expanding her skillset to be able to provide the best care for her patients, she completed the 100-hour certification in Applied Kinesiology. In addition to diversified and low-force adjustments, Dr. Booth provides a wide range of healing techniques, including lab work interpretation, allergy testing, nutritional coaching, cranial therapy, and pediatric treatments.
