Join us in Downtown Campbell for our annual winter festival! The Carol of Lights is a free and family oriented holiday season kick off celebration that's fun for all.
The event features Santa visits, a petting zoo, donkey rides, bounce houses, craft tables, face painting, carolers and music, free festival snacks, community performances, and more. Sometimes we even have snow.
The Carol of Lights is independently produced by the Downtown Campbell Business Association and a dedicated community of volunteers. The event is entirely funded by donations and is only able to continue because it gets support from the community.
Calling All Ugly Sweaters!
Help us turn this year's Carol of Lights into an Ugly Sweater street party! Dig out the most hilarious, hideous, and beautifully ugly holiday sweater you own and come show off your terrible fashion choices for all to enjoy.
Will There Be Snow?
As much as the snow has been one of the most memorable things about the Carol of Lights and as much as we'd like to provide it, it's unlikely we'll be able to have snow this year. It's party due to the cost of the snow, but also because the vendors that we relied on in past years no longer service the Campbell area.
If there won't be any snow, there will be an additional children's play zone with activities for kids to enjoy the wintry festivities of Downtown Campbell.
Your Donations Help Keep this Going
The Carol of Lights is completely free for everyone to attend, but it is not funded by the City of Campbell or from any other public sources. The same crew of volunteers that organizes a lot of what happens in Downtown Campbell have to also come up with the money to pay for it so we do need help to keep this going.
If you have the means, please contribute $5, $10, or whatever you're comfortable with to help us make this cherished display of community spirit a continuing possibility.
