What is your relationship to your “Inner Garden”?

Christene Joy, a boy mama, compassionate space holder, Holistic Yoga Teacher, and Trauma-Informed Leadership Coach will guide you through a nourishing, 75 minute offering that will bring you to your Inner Garden where you will be able to tend to it with joy. ALL are welcome.

What are the benefits of Trauma-Informed Yoga and Coaching?

What you will be guided through:

  • Mind and body connection practices

  • Gentle, slow yoga asana (body movement)

  • Journaling

  • Introduction to life and leadership coaching

What you need to bring:

  • Journal, pen/pencil

  • Water

  • Yoga mats will be available to borrow; bring your own if you prefer

  • Pillow (optional)

  • Eye mask (optional)

  • Blanket (optional)
