Fleet Feet Beginning Run/Walk Training Program

Fleet Feet Monterey is excited to announce a new program we are adding in 2024: The Starting Line: Beginning Run and Walk Training Program. Whether you/re looking to begin your fitness journey, start walking or running, or returning after an injury or hiatus, The Starting Line is the perfect training program for you.
This 4-week training program, March 13 - April 6, is designed to help you gain strength and stamina safely, gently, and organically with comfortable challenges that meet you where you are. You will be introduced to dynamic stretching and proper movement biomechanics, as well as training strategies to start or reclaim your walking and running journey.
We'll meet on Wednesdays, 6pm-7:30pm at the MPC Track, and Saturdays at 8am. Our workouts will be 90 minutes long, depending on the distance of the run/walk. Please visit our website to learn more and to register.
