Stanton Center hosts Tales from the Western Flyer: Stories, Legends, and the Voyage Ahead, on Saturday, March 15, 6pm-8:30pm. Tickets are $30 each - purchase here. Proceeds will support the Western Flyer Foundation and the Monterey History and Art Association.

6pm-7pm: Welcome & Mingle

Explore the Steinbeck in Monterey and Bounty of the Sea exhibits while enjoying complimentary wine, beer, and appetizers. Meet the Flyer crew before the storytelling begins.

7pm:-8:30pm Stories from the Western Flyer

A lineup of captivating speakers will share true tales from the Flyer's legendary past and exciting future. Speakers will include Susan Shillinglaw (Steinbeck scholar), Bob Enea (nephew of Captain Tony Berry and "Sparky" Enea), John Gregg (founder of the Western Flyer Foundation), and Sherry Flumerfelt (Executive Director, Western Flyer Foundation).
