About Kenny Summit

With a career spanning over 3 decades, Kenny Summit's life in dance music reads like a Hollywood movie script. From his humble beginnings as a dancer and promoter in New Jersey to becoming a quintessential New York City DJ, internationally renowned producer and label owner, and the founder of Compact Disco, there isn't much Kenny hasn't done.

With releases on well-established house imprints like Dirtybird, Defected, Classic Music Co, Ultra, Nervous, King Street Sounds, Salted, Robsoul, Toolroom and Glitterbox, to major label projects for Sony, Atlantic, and Warner Music Group, Kenny Summit is quick to explain that he is a fan of house music first and a producer second.

A product of the 80s San Francisco dance music boom, DJ/Producer Doc Martin has been creating innovative, high-energy electronic music for nearly three decades. Once a mainstay on the Pacific Northwest scene, he has gone on to perform everywhere from Ibiza to Tokyo, creating an enduring body of work in the process.
