$79+ per person includes a glass of Poema Cava wine from Spain

First Course
Roasted beet salad with caramelized pear, frisee, Manchego cheese, candied hazelnuts, citrus vinaigrette, and pesto

Second Course
8-ounce prime Manhattan fillet and prawns with crispy duck fat potatoes, grilled broccolini, chimichurri, and roasted bone marrow butter

Third Course
For dessert, a churro served with espresso gelato, orange liqueur whipped cream, and cocoa spiced sugar
