The City of Campbell’s Recreation & Community Services Department is hiring Recreation Leaders I, II, & III! If you’re motivated, energetic, and love working with kids and teens, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Location: John D. Morgan Park & Campbell Community Center

Staff Training: June 9-12 (9:00 am - 4:00 pm)

Camp Dates: June 16 - August 8 (8:30 am - 4:30 pm)

Pay Rates:

Recreation Leader I (High School): $16.50 - $17.50/hour

Recreation Leader II: $17.50 - $19.50/hour

Recreation Leader III: $19.50 - $21.50/hour

Responsibilities: Lead kids (ages 4-15.5) in games, camp songs, arts & crafts, swimming, and field trips.

Qualifications:

Minimum age: 16 by June 2025

Experience varies by level

Positive attitude and teamwork required!
