Memorial Day 2021 was the occasion of a much different than usual Memorial Day ceremony in Downtown Campbell by the Campbell Veterans Memorial Foundation. Instead of the ever growing ceremony with a color guard and a band, it was the one of the first public events to be held in Downtown Campbell since the start of the pandemic.

It was small. It was intimate. It was a baby step.

On this day, in remembrance of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country, we begin the difficult journey back.
