Willow Glen Library and Poetry Center San Jose are pleased to present Renee M. Schell, who will be reading from her work. An open mic reading will follow. All are welcome to bring a poem of their own or by a favorite poet to share.

Schell's poetry has appeared in the anthology On the Dark Path: An Anthology of Fairy Tale Poetry and in Catamaran Literary Reader, Caesura, Perfume River Poetry Review, and others. She holds a Magister degree from the University of Bonn and a Ph.D. in German Studies from Stanford University. She is a freelance editor and translator from the German as well as a poetry editor for the Willow Glen Poetry Project and for Red Wheelbarrow.
